Crucis Reviews

From: "Richard Stockwell" <>
Band from Argentina with a Uruguayan drummer. The band existed in mid 70's. They have a CD called "Kronologia" which puts their two LP's on one CD. Excellent group who sounded a little like Atomic Rooster in the keyboard side and also the Jethro Tull keyboard sound from "Thick as a Brick" (In other words the great Hammond). Great 70's hard rock with thought plus symphonic passages. Vocals are in their native tongue. An undiscovered classic this one.

> I'm new to this list (thanks Mark). Can anyone tell me if Crucis' "Los Delirios Del Mariscal" or Museo Rosenbach's "Zarathustra" are currently available on cd? If so, where? Hope these groups are ok for this list (actually I have not heard their music, but would like to).
Larry, the Crucis 'Los Delirios...' along with the self-titled first have both been released on one CD, which is entitled 'Kronologia'. The MR is also available in various pressings. I believe that these (along with many other selections) can be found at... Syn-Phonic; Cranium; NSA.

From: "Paulo H Leocadio UOL" <>  Can someone describe this band? A legendary group, I presume. This seems like an excellent value for their two albums to be on 1 CD.  CRUCIS - CRONOLOGIA
Wow, legendary band indeed. Probably together with Sui Generis/Seru Giran, the most important names of the Argentina prog. Excellent symphinic band from the Pampas country.

They are godly. Both albums are absolute classics of symphonic rock. It is definitely a great value for the money.
