It was killer. Tony and Pat Mastelotto were there and were fantastic. I had seen the CGT on tour with KC back in '95 but they played as a trio. With Tony and Pat, it was something you shouldn't have missed. They did a few KC things like 21st Century Schizoid Man, Discipline and Elephant Talk. They threw in Heart of the Sunrise too. It's a small place and I got to watch them from 25 feet away. They're all incredible to watch. They had a brief sound outage after the second song, but otherwise, it was the best 17 bucks I ever spent. I'd make sure to catch them if you can, they're in LA tonight. A definite don't miss. The band even came out to autograph stuff after the set which is a nice touch.=

Thanks for the info on The California Guitar Trio. My wife and I drove up to San Juan Capistrano last night to catch the last show on the tour........... ......Incredible. When they busted out Heart of the Sunrise I could not believe it, and an audience sing along to Bohemian Rhapsody was wonderful.

Why couldn't you believe it, I told you so! Glad you got the chance to see them. I saw the CGT with KC 6 years ago, what Pat and Tony added was a new dimension. I just hope one of these shows was recorded somewhere on the tour. This is a definite buy if it ever gets released.
